Terms of Service — Field Visitor Mobile Application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Field Visitor Mobile Application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.

This Application is an enterprise tool intended exclusively for authorized field collection personnel, bank field officers, and contractors ("Field Agents", "Users", or "you") operating under the direction of NCRi Solutions and its Partner Banks/Financial Institutions.

2. Authorization & Eligibility

• Authorized Access Only: Access is strictly restricted to active, authorized personnel who have been issued enterprise login credentials by NCRi Solutions.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify NCRi Solutions immediately at itasia@ncrisolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Grant of License

NCRi Solutions grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license to install and use the Application solely for official field collection management, route navigation, and disposition logging on assigned customer accounts in accordance with these Terms.

4. Device Permissions & Operational Logging

To fulfill its operational functions, the Application requires specific device permissions:

• Location Verification: The Application accesses your device's precise GPS location while in use to display assigned addresses and verify field visit locations.
• Audio & Visit Evidence: When you initiate a visit update by tapping "Add Remarks" / "Add Update", the Application accesses your device microphone to record audio notes and interaction evidence (up to 15 minutes per entry). Audio recording is active strictly during remark logging.
• Camera & Document Uploads: Accesses camera and media storage to allow you to photograph visited sites and attach supporting documentation.
• Audit Logging: All actions, visit updates, timestamps, and location tags are logged on enterprise servers for auditing and regulatory compliance.

5. Authorized Conduct & Restrictions

You agree to use the Application strictly in compliance with applicable laws of Pakistan, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, and NCRi conduct policies. You expressly agree NOT to:

1. Photograph the interior of private premises without explicit permission.
2. Photograph or record objecting individuals or third parties unconnected to the account.
3. Disclose customer debt details to neighbors, relatives, employers, or unauthorized third parties.
4. Conduct visits or log updates outside permitted operational hours.
5. Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
6. Copy, export, or sell any customer data or database contents.

Breach of any restriction constitutes grounds for immediate revocation of app access, termination of employment/contract, and potential legal prosecution under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA).

6. Data Confidentiality & Ownership

All customer records, loan information, field disposition data, audio recordings, photographs, and location logs accessed or generated through the Application are the exclusive confidential property of NCRi Solutions and respective Partner Banks.

7. Account Termination & Historical Record Preservation

NCRi Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access upon contract termination or policy breach.

Historical Record Preservation: Upon account deactivation or termination, your login access is revoked. However, all historical field visit records, disposition logs, audio entries, location tags, and audit trails generated by you during your service shall be retained by NCRi Solutions and Partner Banks in accordance with applicable bank policies and regulatory record-keeping laws of Pakistan.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located at Islamabad, Pakistan.
